Janis Strods

Janis Strods is the co-founder and director of innovation at Edurio, where they lead projects that utilize feedback from parents, pupils, and staff to enhance organizational culture in schools. With a background in education and research, Janis previously taught Social Studies and served as the head of the subject before working as a researcher at University College London. They also held a lecturer position at Rigas Stradina Universitate, developing and teaching a module on Biological Anthropology. Janis earned their MSc in Human Evolution and Behaviour from UCL with distinction and holds a BA in Politics with International Relations from the University of York.
