EduShield is a safeguarding and major incident support service for education. We partner with schools, multi-academy trusts, and leaders to strengthen safeguarding, enhance compliance, and build confidence in responding to the most challenging situations.

Founded by Louis Donald, former Executive Education Director, EduShield was created by safeguarding leads, for safeguarding leads. We understand the unique pressures of leadership in education and the responsibility to act when safeguarding or crisis response is tested.

Our focus goes beyond policy. We deliver practical CPD, training, and consultancy that enables leaders to anticipate risk, prepare effectively, and respond with clarity when incidents occur. Whether supporting a Designated Safeguarding Lead, equipping a trust board with oversight tools, or preparing executives to lead through critical incidents, EduShield bridges the gap between safeguarding practice and strategic crisis leadership.
