Caroline Thomas

Caroline Thomas is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as Sr Manager HR and Operations at EduSmart since February 2010. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Facilitator and Content Developer at Mentor Learning from February 2007 to May 2009, and an Academic Manager at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd from December 2004 to June 2007, where responsibilities included recruiting and training faculty, monitoring performance, and developing new learning competencies. Caroline holds an M.S. degree in Ecology from Pondicherry University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
