Kara McWilliams

Kara McWilliams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product innovation and educational research. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at the National Conference of Bar Examiners, McWilliams previously held key roles at ETS, including Vice President of Product Innovation and Development and Associate Vice President of ETS AI Labs. At Edusoft Ltd., McWilliams contributed as a Director on the Board of Directors. McWilliams also worked at Macmillan Learning as Vice President of Product Learning Science and Insights and Senior Director of Impact Research, along with serving as Director of Product Impact Evaluations at Pearson. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Educational Research Measurement and Evaluation and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Boston College.
