Serge Predko

Serge Predko has had a successful career in the technology industry. In 2011, they began working at Tele2 as a Mobile Internet Engineer and Mobile Internet Product Owner & 4G Networks Launcher. In 2015, they joined MTS Group as a Senior Manager Strategic Marketing, where they worked on new business models and product lines. In 2017, they moved to Bercut Ltd. as the Strategic Marketing and Product Director, working on new products and international markets sales. In 2018, they became the Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Thanky (startup), focusing on the Russian and US markets. Serge then returned to MTS Group as the Head of IT Strategy Center (Digital & Product Transformation) and Senior Manager IT Strategy. In 2021, they founded Hypermind Technologies, a strategy consulting firm for ethical leaders and their companies. Serge is currently the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Eduson.

Serge Predko has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where they studied Leadership in digital companies from 2019 to 2019. Serge also holds a Master's degree from Omsk State Transport University (OSTU) from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Business Informatics.
