Engin Topcan

Engin Topcan is a skilled technical engineer with a background in mechanical engineering from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Strasbourg, completed in 2017. They have held various positions, including technical responsibility for nuclear valve equipment at Framatome and Edvance, where they currently manage supplier oversight and documentation within the Hinkley Point C project.
