Xavier ROUSSEL

Xavier ROUSSEL is a Costing Manager and Project Cost Control Manager with extensive experience in cost estimation, bid management, and economic analysis. They have held several leadership roles at AREVA, where they managed multidisciplinary teams and oversaw significant projects, including the engineering and construction of diesel gensets. Prior to this, Xavier worked at Renault in various capacities, focusing on cost management and project control for international programs. Currently, they serve as the head of the estimation and finance department at Edvance and continue their education in leadership and management at London Business School, alongside other advanced degrees.
