EDvanced Consulting is a national cross-sector advisory firm that partners with government agencies, healthcare organizations, public safety institutions, and mission-driven nonprofits to solve the organizational challenges that matter most.

We specialize in three interconnected areas:
→ Organizational Strategy — strategic planning, systems design, and leadership alignment that creates direction and moves organizations forward
→ Operational Systems — workflow design, process improvement, and infrastructure development that makes a good strategy actually work
→ Workforce Development — leadership pipelines, talent strategy, and professional development frameworks that build the people behind the mission

Our clients come to us when they’re navigating complex change, chronic workforce gaps, leadership transitions, or the gap between a strong mission and the operational infrastructure to carry it out.

What makes us different isn’t a proprietary framework or a standard engagement model. It’s the way we work.

We show up alongside your team, not above them. We build capacity, not dependency. And we stay in the work long enough to know whether it’s holding.

Over 19 years of cross-sector experience means we’ve seen the same organizational patterns play out across school districts, county agencies, hospital systems, police departments, and nonprofit boards. The sectors are different. The underlying challenges are often the same. And the solutions require someone who has worked across all of them.

EDvanced Education — our specialized educator development arm — runs four active programs (THRIVE ED, EMPOWER ED, INNOVATE ED, and ANCHOR ED) embedded in high-need school districts across the country.

If your organization needs more than a report, we’d like to talk.
