Honey Dev currently serves as the Head of People at Edvoy, a position held since October 2020, overseeing all aspects of the People Function, including Talent Acquisition and the employee exit experience, while managing a team of four. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of People at Facilio and Member Leadership staff in Talent Acquisition at Sulekha.com, where significant contributions included building core design and product teams. Additional experience spans various HR roles at TECHZONE, Helios & Matheson, ININE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, and SASKEN COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES, showcasing a strong focus on recruitment and team mentorship. Honey Dev holds dual MBAs in Human Resource Management from Loyola College and Pondicherry University, and a BBA from Madras University.
