Tracy Entin

Tracy Entin is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruiting across various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Leader and Senior Recruiter at Edward Jones since November 2012, Tracy has previously held significant positions, including Director, Talent Leader at UBS Wealth Management, where responsibilities included managing full cycle recruiting for financial advisor trainees in the NY Metro and Mid-Atlantic regions. Additional experience includes Manager of Campus Recruiting at Standard & Poor's, where activities were directed towards the Credit Market Services division, and Account Manager at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, overseeing campus recruiting for MBA candidates. Early career experience includes a recruiter role at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on MBA recruitment for North American offices. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany, obtained in 1996.
