Dan Marks

Dan Marks has a long history of success in the transit and rail industry. Dan began their career in 1999 as Sales Manager at Traction Motor Service Inc, where they grew sales 200% ($1M to $3M) through implementing innovative sales and marketing initiatives. In 2005, they became President of DJM Industries, where they built the business from an entrepreneurial startup into a successful business with $1M+ in annual revenue. In 2013, they joined Thermon, Inc. as Business Development Manager, Transit & Rail, and grew annual sales from $3M to $12M. In 2015, they moved to Penn Machine as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and led strategy, finance, organization development, other senior executive functions, and a $45M sales budget. Finally, in 2022, they became Chief Executive Officer of Edwin Bohr Electronics, providing locomotive electrical and electromechanical equipment repair and manufacturing.

Dan Marks attended Mercyhurst University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General.
