Daniel Bellau

Daniel Bellau is a partner at Edwin Coe LLP, specializing in corporate transactions and advising on equity capital markets, M&A, venture capital, private equity, and investments since January 2021. With extensive experience in real estate, technology, software, media, healthcare, and retail sectors, Daniel previously held partner positions at Hamlins LLP and Memery Crystal LLP, as well as working as a solicitor at BCLP and Olswang, and began a legal career as a trainee solicitor at Hogan Lovells. Daniel holds an LLB Hons in Law and French Law from The University of Manchester and completed the LPC at The University of Law.
