Russel Shear is the Owner of Edwin Coe LLP and heads the Corporate & Commercial Group. With extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and complex cross-border transactions, they serve clients in both the UK and international markets. Prior to their current role, Russel was an Associate at Olswang from 1988 to 1994 and earned an LLB in Law from Manchester University between 1981 and 1984. Russel also serves as the Chairman of Euroadvocaten, a network of European law firms.
