Carl Vega

Carl Vega is an experienced professional in full stack development and coding instruction. Since April 2019, Carl has been a Full Stack Development Teacher at edX, leading group training sessions on topics such as React.js and MySQL. In June 2023, Carl instructed young learners at CodeREV Kids, focusing on coding skills through popular platforms like Minecraft and Roblox. Previously, Carl worked as a React Developer at Paperless Fundraisers, where a chat component was developed using various modern technologies. Additionally, Carl served as a Senior Developer React Transition Trainer at Entrinsik, leading training sessions to help senior developers transition from AngularJS to React. Carl holds a Full Stack Developer Coding Bootcamp certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Wake Technical Community College.
