Catherine Matthews

Catherine Matthews serves as the Assistant Director of Talent and Organization Development and Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University since January 2010, overseeing organizational culture assessments, leadership development programs, and teaching various law and education courses. Additionally, Catherine has designed a course on difficult conversations for a global audience through edX since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Dean of Students at Indiana University Maurer School of Law from June 2007 to April 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing student affairs, operations, and academic advising. Catherine holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration, a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, an MA in TESOL from Southern Illinois University, and a BA in English from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
