Deana Dace

Deana Dace is an accomplished academic manager with extensive experience in developing high-performing academic teams and improving educator and learner outcomes. Currently serving as an Academic Manager at 2U and edX, Deana oversees compliance, management, and performance evaluation systems for a portfolio of academic roles. Additionally, Deana has been managing competitive technical Boot Camps at the University of Oregon since December 2018, focusing on student success and job placement in fields such as web development and data science. Prior to this, Deana held various roles at Warner Pacific University, including adjunct instructor and academic advisor, and has a strong educational background with two Master’s degrees in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development.
