Marius Adrian Mares

Marius Adrian Mares, known as Edyn, has a robust background in hospitality operations. Currently serving as the Cluster General Manager at Edyn, they manage budgets and operations for several SACO hotels in the South of the UK, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and fostering company culture. Previously, Edyn held roles including Food and Beverage Manager at The Doyle Collection and Kaleidoscope Collection, where they achieved significant recognition and improved operational efficiency. They also have experience as a Project Manager at JTI and were an Assistant Manager at Ikos Resorts, showcasing a diverse skill set in the hospitality industry. Edyn earned a Master’s degree in History from Universitatea „Ovidius” din Constanța.
