David Wiens

David Wiens has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. David is currently working as a Business Systems Administrator at eDynamic Learning since May 2022. Prior to this, David was a Co-Owner at Sunodia Ventures from July 2020.

Before that, David worked at QHR Technologies from July 2018 to February 2021. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Business Systems Manager, Salesforce Product Owner, and Project Manager.

From March 2016 to March 2018, David worked as a Product Creator at Refresh Financial. David was recognized as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Startups in 2016 for their contribution to the company.

David also has experience working at The Walt Disney Company as a Project Manager from May 2009 to March 2016. David led teams in delivering monthly content and new features for kids playing Club Penguin, Disney's #1 Virtual World.

Furthermore, David worked at Electronic Arts Blackbox as a QA Development Manager from May 2007 to February 2009. David managed software testing and oversaw a team of testers, successfully delivering a top EA franchise under tight timelines.

David's career at Electronic Arts (EA) started in 2004, where they held the role of Localization Producer. David managed all aspects of software localization and supervised a team of three. Prior to this role, they served as a Localization Coordinator and Localization Tester/Senior Tester at Electronic Arts Canada, where they coordinated software localization and assisted in testing strategy.

Overall, David has extensive experience in business systems administration, co-ownership, project management, product creation, and localization in the technology and entertainment industries.

David Wiens holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Manitoba, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Business Administration from Trinity Western University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In terms of certifications, David obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) designation from Salesforce in June 2020. Additionally, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in October 2010 and obtained the Project Management Professional certification from PMI in October 2011.
