Previously a Solutions Manager at NCTC North Central, they secured over $10 million in government grants and increased business sales by 15%. As a Senior Account Manager at eDynamic Learning, Lena successfully implemented strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty. They co-founded Andrews Business Training, where they developed a proprietary training program enhancing leadership skills across various sectors.
