Heather Richards

Heather Richards is an experienced energy reporter currently working at E&E News since May 2019. Prior to this role, Heather served as an energy reporter for the Casper Star-Tribune from 2015 to May 2019, focusing on the energy industry in Wyoming. Additional experience includes a position as a local government and natural resources reporter at The Buffalo Bulletin in 2015 and work as a writer/editor for an independent contractor from 2012 to 2013, which involved creating informational copy and providing coaching and editing services. Heather Richards holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Post Colonial Literature, specializing in West Indian Women Writers, Literary Theory, and Journalism from Hunter College.
