Cat McDermott

Cat McDermott is the co-founder of eeda™, a platform focused on enhancing employee feedback and engagement to boost productivity and reduce turnover. They previously served in various roles at Les Mills UK, notably as Customer Experience Manager, and were the Director of Customer Success at Volution Fit. Cat began their career as a Membership Advisor at David Lloyd Leisure and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bangor University, graduating with first-class honors. Currently, Cat is dedicated to empowering growth and success in their professional endeavors.
