Cass Swallow has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in sales and marketing roles, working for Shorock Fire and Security, Argus Fire & Security, and Corporate Technology Design and Sales. They then moved on to Confidence Sweden AB, where they held several commercial roles and eventually became the EMEA Director of Sales and Marketing. During their time at Confidence Sweden AB, they led a successful rebranding and marketing strategy that resulted in a significant increase in share price.

Afterwards, Cass joined Dalkia in 2006 and played a pivotal role in the creation of a new internal start-up division. They later became the Director of Sales and Marketing, leading a cohesive commercial team and achieving a 200% increase in sales.

In 2010, Cass worked on a consulting project for Swift Alarms Group, where they designed a new brand identity and implemented an employee engagement strategy, driving transformation across marketing, brand performance, and company culture.

Following that, Cass joined Schneider Electric as the Head of Corp. Strategy & Integrated Marketing. They spearheaded a €1 billion integrated marketing transformation across brand and strategy, resulting in double-digit growth.

Cass then transitioned to Brandcass | B2B Marketing Consultancy, where they took on various roles as a Chief Marketing Officer and a brand strategy consultant. They worked with multiple start-up companies, providing ad-hoc consultancy and advisory roles, while also managing a major renovation project for their family's primary residence.

In 2019, Cass was hired by Virgin HQ as the Head of Brand Engagement (Impact and Experience). They developed a new Virgin Masterbrand approach and implemented a best practice content and comms strategy.

Currently, Cass is working as the Interim CMO for a net zero services provider, where they have united five companies into the eEnergy brand. They have crafted eEnergy's purpose, vision, mission, and values, and are responsible for appointing and directing multiple agencies.

Throughout their career, Cass has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement effective branding and marketing strategies, leading to significant growth and transformation in various organizations.

Cass Swallow's education history begins in 1978 when they attended Bishop Challoner School for Boys until 1987. After a gap in their education, Cass pursued further studies at The Open University, where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Management from 2004 to 2005, followed by a Management Diploma in Change Management from 2006 to 2007, and finally an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from 2008 to 2011. In 2015, Cass attended the National Film & Television School for a course titled "Filmmaking: from Script to Screen" and the University of East Anglia for a course called "The Secret Power of Brands." Alongside their formal education, Cass obtained certifications in various areas, including the Criminal Finances Act and the General Data Protection Regulation from Virgin in August 2019, and completed online courses through FutureLearn in September 2015 for "Explore Filmmaking: from Script to Screen" and in July 2015 for "The Secret Power of Brands" from the University of East Anglia.
