Betsy Rader

Betsy (Elizabeth) Rader has held prominent roles in civil rights and legal practice, currently serving as the District Director for the Charlotte District at the EEOC. Previously, Betsy Rader was the Regional Director at the Office for Civil Rights within the U.S. Department of Education. As the Managing Attorney at Betsy Rader Law LLC and Of Counsel at Thorman Petrov Group, Betsy Rader has demonstrated a strong legal background. Additionally, Betsy Rader gained experience as an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Innovation Center. Academically, Betsy Rader earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from The Ohio State University.
