Ethan Cohen has extensive experience in employment law and litigation. Cohen served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago from August 1991 to January 1997, representing the City in various employment matters and defending against personal injury actions, including conducting 11 jury trials and numerous arbitration hearings. Currently, Cohen is employed by the EEOC as an Assistant Regional Attorney and Supervisory Trial Attorney, focusing on the litigation of employment discrimination cases under Title VII, ADEA, and ADA, while also providing legal advice to investigative staff. Cohen holds a BA in History from Grinnell College, a MA in History from Northwestern University, and a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law.
