Gagan Sandhu

Gagan Sandhu is a Senior Trial Attorney at the EEOC, having transitioned from a role as an Associate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Previously, Gagan worked as a Labor Relations Law Clerk with the Los Angeles City Attorney and served as Co-Chair of the Advisory Group on the Status of Women at Chapman University, where they addressed gender disparities in academia. With experience as a Student Attorney in the USC Gould International Human Rights Clinic, Gagan successfully advocated for survivors of human rights violations. Gagan holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University.
