Joyce Willoughby currently serves as the Inspector General at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), a position held since January 2010, and has also acted as the Deputy Inspector General. Prior roles within the EEOC include Counsel to the Inspector General and Director of Investigations. Joyce Willoughby has a longstanding career in federal oversight, having previously worked as a General Attorney at the Office of Federal Operations and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board.
