Justin Evans

Justin Evans is a Division Director and Supervisory Administrative Judge at the EEOC, where they conduct administrative hearings on employment discrimination complaints and engage in extensive legal research and writing on civil rights and employment law issues. Previously, Justin served as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and as a Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange, managing trial dockets and advising on legal questions. They held the position of General Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights, where they led investigations into civil rights complaints and supervised a team of attorneys in related matters. Justin earned a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago, also graduating Magna Cum Laude.
