Lisa Schnall

Lisa Schnall is a Senior Attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where they provide strategic legal counsel on complex employment matters. They have trained thousands of professionals and represented the Commission both domestically and internationally. Lisa served as an Acting Trial Attorney at the EEOC from July 2023 to April 2024, and prior to that, held roles as a Special Assistant to the EEOC's Small Business Task Force and the Chair of the Commission. A summa cum laude graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, Lisa earned their J.D. from the Washington College of Law, where they were also the Articles Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, & the Law.
