Ryan Lozar

Ryan Lozar is currently an Administrative Judge at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Previously, Ryan served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Vera Scanlon in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and held positions as a Human Rights Attorney and Trial Attorney. Ryan's experience includes participating in complex corporate governance litigation at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and representing asylum-seekers in Ecuador. Ryan's educational background includes studies at Cleveland State University, Georgetown University Law Center, and Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
