Shannon Breen Else

Shannon Breen Else is currently a Lead Systemic Investigator at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where they investigate significant class cases and provide training on employment laws. Previously, they served as the Phoenix District Systemic Team Supervisor, overseeing a team and mentoring Lead Systemic Investigators. Shannon has also held the position of Systemic Coordinator, where they coordinated systemic activities across multiple offices and presented reports to the Phoenix District. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications from Michigan State University.
