Shanon Levin

Shanon Levin is an Administrative Judge at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where they continue to oversee employment-related cases. Shanon co-founded Facts First Group, LLC in 2024, and previously served as a Shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller from 2001 to 2009, managing complex litigation and providing counsel on employment law. They were also a Managing Attorney at Disability Rights Pennsylvania from 2017 to 2022, focusing on legal issues affecting individuals with disabilities. Shanon held the position of Trial Attorney at Ross Feller Casey from 2009 to 2016, achieving significant verdicts and settlements, and served as a Hearing Examiner for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission in 2022. They obtained a J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 2000.
