Virginia Andreu

Virginia Andreu is an attorney advisor at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, with over 20 years of extensive experience in civil rights laws and the federal sector EEO process. Previously, at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, they held multiple roles, including Senior Attorney and Attorney Advisor, where they led evaluations of EEO operations and provided training on EEO laws. Virginia earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Government and Labor and Employment Law from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University in Puerto Rico. They hold a BA in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico and are a member of the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico Bars.
