Ward Richards is a Federal Mediator at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and has been since 2009. With a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, they have a strong foundation in legal principles. Previously, Ward owned and managed The Mediation Group, LLC from 2000 to 2009 and served as a Senior Corporate Attorney at Kuhlman Corporation. In addition to their mediation work, they currently teach as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law.
