With extensive experience in estimating, project management, concept generation, draughting, site surveying, manufacture, and installation, they excel at identifying striking and practical staircase solutions tailored to customer needs and unique site characteristics. Prior to their current role, Steven worked as an Engineering Draughtsman at a specialist staircase manufacturer from 2001 to 2008. They hold a BSc in Product Design from Bournemouth University, which they earned in 2001.
