Libby Nicholson

Libby Nicholson is an accomplished HR leader and executive coach with 20 years of experience specializing in high-growth environments. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at EF Education First, Libby leads people operations and payroll for the U.S. and conducts CliftonStrengths coaching sessions. Previously, as Vice President of People at Veracross, Libby created a scalable People function and advised the executive team on strategic talent matters. With extensive experience managing human resources across various organizations, Libby has a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Libby is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at The Ohio State University.
