Luisa Dou

Luisa Dou has had a long and diverse career with EF Education First. Luisa started in 2007 as a Center Director for EF Kids & Teens before moving on to become a Senior Center Director and then an Associate Regional Director for the same division. In 2014, they shifted to the Regional Director role before eventually becoming the Vice President for EF Adults in 2016. Luisa held this position until 2020 when they were promoted to Vice President at EF Corporate Education. Currently, they serve as the Vice President/Country Manager at EF Corporate Education.
