Pete Hoad

Pete Hoad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety management and operations within the educational sector. Currently serving as Director of Safety and Incident Response at EF Education First since January 2023, Pete previously held the position of Safety and Incident Response Manager. From January 2021 to January 2023, Pete focused on personal commitments as a father and MBA student. Pete's career at EF Education First spanned nearly a decade, starting in May 2012 as an Accommodation Manager in Brighton and progressing through roles such as Student Services Manager in Singapore and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Casino Host for Carnival Corporation, where responsibilities included managing high-rollers. Pete holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BA in English from Goldsmiths, University of London.
