Rick Lu

Rick Lu has over two decades of experience in management and leadership roles, primarily in the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Shanghai & Korea General Manager at EF Education First since November 2011, Rick also held positions as the Shanghai General Manager and Regional Director within the same company. Prior to this, Rick co-founded YSH e-commerce Co., Ltd. and worked as Vice President from October 2008 to November 2011. Earlier career experience includes roles as China Contact Center Director at EF Education First, Key Account Director at Wicresoft, and Operation Manager at Microsoft. Rick began professional endeavors as a Project Manager at Shanghai Pudong Computer Center after earning a BS in Mechanical Electronics and Computer Applications from Shanghai University.
