Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at EF Education First since November 2021. In this role, Tom focuses on enhancing the professional development and career progression of customer experience and operations staff. Previously held positions at Hult International Business School included Career Development Manager and Career Development Advisor, where Tom designed career programming for undergraduate students and coached master’s students on career development. Tom's earlier experience includes roles in marketing and finance at various organizations, demonstrating a strong background in managing teams and projects, as well as designing effective training and development programs. Academic achievements include an MBS in Management & Marketing from University College Cork and a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
