Matts Stenbäck is a strategy, product, and sustainability leader with over 15 years of international experience in building high-performing teams and driving technology initiatives. Previously, Matts held various executive roles at EF Education First, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Technology Transformation and Senior Vice President of Operations for EF World Journeys. Matts also contributed as Head of Innovation, Quality and Product at EF International Language Campuses, enhancing customer satisfaction and overseeing product development. Matts has educational qualifications in Sociology and Political Science from Åbo Akademi, along with international relations studies through Erasmus exchanges at the University of Plymouth and Université de Rennes I.
