Ana Ramos

Ana Ramos is a strategic People Management and HSE professional currently serving as the Head of Environment, Health, and Safety at Efacec. They have previously held roles such as Social Services Manager and Employee Engagement Coordinator, where they focused on employee needs, engagement strategies, and organizational design. Ana also worked as Coordenadora Comunidade de Inserção e Equipa de Intervenção Directa at Norte Vida, promoting health and risk reduction in vulnerable populations. They hold a Licenciatura from Instituto Superior de Serviço Social do Porto and a Pós-Graduação in Medicina Legal from Universidade do Porto.
