Filipe Lima is currently the Head of Production for the Switchgear Business Unit at Efacec. They previously served as a Customer Support Engineer at Efacec from 2013 to 2021, where they focused on enhancing customer service and managing customer feedback. Prior to that, Filipe owned a low-voltage installations firm called Electro-Salgueiral from 1998 to 2007 and held roles at Efacec as a Contract Engineer and Head of Quality. Filipe is actively pursuing multiple engineering degrees at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
