Manuela Costa

Manuela Costa is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the Transportation business sector. Currently, as the Commercial Director for the Transportation Business Unit at Efacec, Manuela oversees a global commercial team focusing on business development, sales, and tendering activities across Energy, Telematics, and Signalling. Previous roles at Efacec include Telematics and Signalling Director, where Manuela managed tendering, R&D, engineering, and after-sales services, and Head of Commercial and Marketing for Telecommunications and Signalling. Earlier experience includes project management in telecommunications for Energy Utilities and Transportation Operators at ENT. Manuela holds a Licentiate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade do Minho, as well as an Executive MBA in Organizational Happiness from ISEC and additional management training from Porto Business School.
