Clara Moley

Clara Moley is a dedicated advocate for gender equality in the workplace, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors since 2016, focusing on coaching and mentoring. Currently, Clara serves as a visiting professor at EFAP, teaching professional principles to senior students, and is an author and producer of the podcast series "Le Starter Pack," aimed at guiding individuals on financial autonomy through investing. Additionally, Clara authored the book "Les règles du jeu - ce que les femmes devraient savoir pour réussir au travail," highlighting challenges faced by women in the workplace. Clara also produces another podcast, "The Rules of the Game," which provides actionable advice for women navigating professional environments. With a background in trading and risk analysis, Clara has worked with notable organizations such as Dunod, BTG Pactual, and Crédit Agricole CIB, complemented by educational credentials from ESSEC Business School and Sciences Po Lille.
