Romain Champel

Romain Champel currently serves as the Directeur de la communication at Horizons and the Assemblée nationale while also holding the position of Conseiller régional for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region since January 2016. Additionally, Romain contributes as a réserviste opérationnel in the Ministry of Armed Forces and teaches at EFAP in both Lyon and Paris. With a strong background in communication, Romain previously held roles as Directeur Conseil at Havas Paris and co-founded an environmental communication agency, Koncilio. Earlier experience includes positions as a parliamentary advisor and various internships, complemented by a solid educational foundation in public affairs and law from institutions such as Sciences Po and Aix-Marseille University.
