Yves Roueche is an accomplished culinary journalist and educator, currently serving as a part-time instructor for the MBA module on the History of Gastronomy at EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication since September 2022. As a freelance writer and gastronomic chronicler since August 2015, Yves has authored eight editions of the Almanach Gourmand and has participated in over 200 radio shows on France-Bleu. Yves brings extensive experience from a 25-year career at Oracle, where roles included Sales Executive for OEM & ISV Worldwide and Embedded Sales Team Leader for EMEA South, contributing to Oracle's growth in the embedded market. An award-winning cookbook author, Yves received the Best in the World Cookbook Award in 2021 and holds a degree in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon.
