The Human Resources team at EFAPEL S.A. is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment and hiring, employee training and development, payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They play a critical role in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment for the over 470 employees spread across the company's five industrial areas.
