Phil Draude

Phil Draude is the VP of Sales at EFC Systems. Phil has held various positions in sales and marketing since 2007. Prior to joining EFC Systems, Phil was the Regional Sales Manager at Growers Edge from May 2021 to March 2022. Phil has also served as the Business Development Manager at Premier Crop Systems, LLC from May 2019 to May 2021 and as the Digital Technology Manager at WinField United from July 2015 to May 2019. Phil started their career as a Technology Coordinator at United Suppliers, Inc. from January 2015 to July 2015. Phil then worked as a Precision Ag Sales Specialist at Ziegler Caterpillar from August 2010 to January 2015. Phil began their professional career as the Assistant Director of the Alumni Annual Fund at Carleton College from August 2008 to August 2010. Phil then served as the Director of the Annual Fund at Waldorf College from January 2007 to June 2008.

Phil Draude's educational career began at Comfrey High School. Phil then went on to Waldorf University, where they earned a BA in Business Mgmt/Finance.

They are on a team with Carl Kinghorn - SVP, Software Development, ERP, Mike Moore - EVP, and Greg Baldwin - SVP, Product Management, ERP. Phil Draude reports to Ernie Chappell, President & Founder.
