R Aakash has 8 years of work experience in marketing, sales and procurement. R began their career in 2008 as a Senior Marketing Executive at Oriant Infotech. In 2010, they joined Infosys as an Executive Sales & Procurement, where they maintained records of goods ordered and received, located vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and prepared and processed requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. In 2011, they joined Atharva Retail Pvt. Ltd as Merchandising & Procurement Head, where they coordinated with various departments and monitored various store setups and all eCommerce companies in the region, managed and validated model store program for assigned area, and developed and ensured compliance to budget for all merchandising process. R has been working as Head Of Marketing Communications at EFC Limited (India) since 2013.

R Aakash has a comprehensive educational history. R began their studies in 2000, completing their S.S.C. at W.H. Smith Memorial School in Varanasi. R then went on to complete their H.S.C. at Bal Bharati Vidya Niketan in 2004, studying Business Organization, Business Economics, and Accounts. In 2006, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, specializing in Advance Company Accounts, Business Entrepreneurship, Income Tax Law, and Company Law. Finally, in 2009, they completed their Post Graduate Programe in Business Management from International Institute of Management Sciences in Pune, focusing on Marketing.
