Alexander Hanna

Alexander Hanna is an experienced ITSM project manager currently overseeing ITSM, ESM, IAM, and AI solution implementations at Efecte Plc since October 2022. Prior to this role, Alexander spent over 24 years at Atos, culminating in a position focused on architecture, planning, and management of IT Service and Systems Management implementations for global clients. Alexander holds a diploma in Wirtschaftsinformatik from AKAD University and completed training as a Fachberater Integrierte Systeme at Siemens AG.
